Removing Red Eye in Camera RAW - Adobe Bridge Tutorial

Jacquelin Vanderwood

February, 2009

In this tutorial I'll demonstrate how to remove red eye from an image.

In this image we can see a very definite problem with red eye. It's really quite simple to remove it in Camera RAW.

Click on the Red Eye too to see the options available.

I dragged around one eye twice, and when I did that, it removed the redness.

I then did the same thing with the other eye.

To see the eyes without the selection, uncheck Show Overlay.

Now if you still see redness, check Show Overlay and drag around the area that shows red.

Make adjustments to the Pupil Size and Darken sliders.

Uncheck Show Overlay to see the eyes. Looks good.
